Return Policy Returns and Exchanges 1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item(s) are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 1.2 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Our to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions. 1.3 Please include the RA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice inside the package. 1.4 Once we receive your return, we will process it within Our business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees. Defective or Damaged Products 2.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions. 2.2 Please include the RA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice inside the package. 2.3 We will replace the defective or damaged product at no additional cost to you, and we will cover the cost of shipping.
